Our client is a successful, growing, dynamic and wildly talented small company located in Boulder, CO, in need of someone who will masterfully create stunning visual solutions for our clients. And they don't use lorem ipsum! Gotta have: • Bachelor's degree in design or related field • 4+ years experience in web design • A portfolio to be proud of • Amazing personality (includes good attitude and enthusiasm) • Solid knowledge of web development processes, technologies and best practices • Solid understanding of information architecture and good user experience • Up-to-date knowledge of web design trends • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, project and time management skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to give and receive direction • Ability to think strategically and from a client perspective • Ability to align design execution to a set strategy, message and brand • Ability to think (and create) well outside the average shapes Would be nice to have: • Some Flash experience • Agency experience • Ability to make noises with a body part and not be shy about it A few things you will do: • Create, direct, develop and implement web projects and processes • Ensure quality, integrity and accuracy of designs through production and build • Help mentor junior designers Other stuff: • This position calls for full-time employment at our client's offices in Boulder, Colorado • They encourage constant learning with internal and external training available • Relocation assistance available for chosen candidate Clearpoint Creative is a division of Clearpoint.
