Analyze users’ business needs & work with developers to design effective, simple, creative automation solutions Provide analysis, design, documentation & testing on projects with moderate supervision Write business requirements, use cases, & functional requirements for new applications or modifications to existing applications-Provide a detailed work breakdown structure with precise estimates for each task Maintain specification documents throughout the development life cycle Design application user interface, including screen layout & access & navigation requirements for the functionality documented in the use cases using an iterative development approach Requirements B.A. from a Four-yr University Work exp of 1-2 yrs Proven past performance in one or more of the following; mortgage lending, development, training, consulting, project management, business analysis Should have knowledge of MS Office& Project; knowledge of HTML, XML, .NET
