ABOUT OUR CLIENT -Medium Size -Marketing Advertising Agency and Design Firm -Houston Metropolitan Area JOB SUMMARY -Spearhead and supervise Online Project Management and Web Development Team. Maintain and manage Quality Assurance – ensure that the quality of online marketing and measurement services meets or exceeds client expectations. Monitor performance to ensure compliance with approved processes and when appropriate the implementation of process improvements. Collect periodic feedback from customers and account service team on the quality of online marketing and measurement services. -Integration of Strategy – Collaborate with Market Planners and team leaders to ensure the integration of strategy between online marketing and other marketing channels -Develop Online Marketing and Measurement procedures – Establish and monitor processes for common procedures to include: Online Marketing Planning and Design, Online Marketing Implementation, Online Marketing Plan and Follow-up, Online Media Plan, Monthly Tracking Reports and Quarterly Reports -New Business Development – Work with Sales and Marketing and Agency NBD Team to generate new sales. Support New Business Development by providing marketing materials that clearly define online marketing and measurement services -Coaching and staff Development – Provide ongoing, immediate or periodic positive and corrective feedback on performance, values and behaviors. Provide coaching to meet the needs of each direct report. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -7 to 10 years of marketing experience -2 to 3 years managing consumer-facing Web projects and teams -Experience developing and executing consumer marketing programs -Knowledge of statistical methods in online metrics and of interactive media planning and buying -Knowledge of web server tracking software -Evaluate and select third party vendors -Qualify new business opportunities and demonstrate ROI -Expertise with all types of search engines and directories -Knowledge on the leading edge of online marketing trends -Knowledge of the concepts, behaviors and geography of the Internet -Ability to direct and coordinate the activities of others; to motivate and inspire others; to assign and delegate work to others; to control and monitor the work of others -Ability to deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages through oral and written means and listen to others’ ideas -Use visual and other aids professionally, and appropriately in agency and client presentations -Use appropriate industry language and examples to communicate ideas and issues -Use specific industry terminology and commonly-used acronyms that all team members will comprehend EDUCATION -Bachelors Degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related field is required PAY & BENEFITS -Direct Hire -Salary 60K-100K DOE -Benefits include vacation, PTO, medical/dental and 401K Clearpoint Creative is a division of Clearpoint.
