Legal Assistant / Paralegal

I am looking for a motivated self starter. I truly prefer someone with some experience in Business Formations and Wills & Trusts. If not experienced, I truly need a quick learner. I want someone with an upbeat attitude, great people skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ProDoc, and using the web efficiently and quickly. This could be a contract position. I'm very flexible depending on candidate.
