Roommate wanted $500 all bills paid

I have a house in Katy with another roommate. We have a nice patio and are very social people. I smoke and drink and my roommate also drinks. I am a computer nerd for a living and my roommate is the GM of the GNCs in the area. Rent would be $500/month which includes utilities. You would be sharing a bathroom with someone and we have a bed for you. We do not allow any type of drugs and will have you sign a contract stating so. No Pets allowed.
