I am putting my apartment up for sub-lease. I live in a 4 bedroom/4bath with 3 other roomates. This is a 2 minute ride to campus. The apartment complex DOES allow pets, so feel free to bring your pet. My sub-lease includes:

- Fully furnished, all utlities included (water, electric, washer/dryer)

- Amenities include gym, resort style pool, billiard, spa, tv, internet, dishwasher, 24 hour computer lab, 24 hour fitness center, free tanning, private bedroom and bath.

- Full/private bath, bedroom furnished: desktop, bed, closet and 2 drawers

-Parking: spacious resident parking, carport parking available as well. There is also a shuttle to and from campus.

-Kitchen: garbage disposal, microwave, oven/stove, pantry, refrigerator.

-Living Room: full furnished with furniture, hardwood floors.
