I am trying to sublease my room/bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex. My portion of the rent includes your own bedroom and your own bathroom for $330/month. I am willing to sublease it for any period of time this summer from May 12 to August 10 and will simply prorate the monthly rent for however long you stay.

Furniture is not included. Cable/Utilities are separate.

There is one room mate that will be there for Summer Session II and the other room is in the process of being subleased as well. Neighbors are nice and partying is not a problem if your roommates agree to it.
