There are two rooms devided by a nice sized commons area that is shared by both inhabitants (perfect for internships and summer research students). This location is gated and patrolled every few minutes by Houston city police. The applicant will supply their own furniture in this offer (Refrigerator, dishwasher and stove are supplied, and the laundry room is within ten meters of the front door), and the rent that they will be taking over will be good until August, when you will have the option to renew. Since this is considered student housing and is set at such a low rental rate, these rooms are in short supply, and are usually occupied for two to three years and are in high demand.
