The apartment has hardwood floors in the living room, a balcony, fire place, vaulted ceilings, wifi, washer/dryer, and dish washer. It is also fully furnished.
The apartment is 2bed/2bath and would be shared with a 22 year old female, Rice alumni.
The room is available for a non-smoking female only.
The Rent is $450 per month and I can pro rate it to the number of days you stay if you do not the full time.
The Rent includes full cable, water, trash, and gas.
You will split the electricity bill and the internet bill with the other roommate. The Internet bill is $22 per person/month. The electricity will vary depending on usage.
