I'm moving back home and have already signed a lease at University Pointe (on Glenna Goodacre, closest apts to Texas Tech) and need someone to take over my lease! I have two wonderful roomates..Carlin and Alicia and hope to find someone great to live with them! My room is the second largest and right now rent at Pointe is $490 for this room.
