This is a very big one bedroom apartment considering its location in west campus. It's conveniently located on 24th and Rio Grande. We were able to fit two full size beds in the bedroom and still have room. The living room has two HUGE desks and a sofa and tv and still has lots of room. Parking is amazing. There's one reserved spot specifically assigned to the unit and several guest tags available. There are many guest spots which is very rare in west campus.

I am willing to sublease it for any period of time this summer from May 12 to August 10 and will simply prorate the monthly rent for however long you stay.
