Description

Hi! I'm looking to share my 1200 sq. ft., 2-bed, 2-full-bath apartment with you for 9 months starting in August. It has gated & covered parking, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, central air & heat, huge back patio, crown molding, and a fireplace! The complex also has a gorgeous courtyard with a swimming pool. (You can see why I don't want to move.) Total rent is $1099/month; I'd be asking $525/month from you plus utilities. I'm happy to send monthly utilities averages on request.

I just graduated law school in May; right now I'm studying for the Bar Exam and sharing the place with my declawed cat, Lacey. After that, I'll be working 8:30-5:00 Monday thru Friday - in other words, a real job. :) I'm anticipating your move-in date to be around the beginning of August.

What I'm looking for in you: someone responsible, friendly, considerate, and reasonably neat, who doesn't smoke, and who's not a heavy drinker - and obviously, no drugs. I do drink in moderation, but I'm not a fan of the bar scene. Starting a new job in Houston? Let me show you the ropes. The apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom & bathroom. The neighbors are very friendly, and I have a good relationship with management - I've lived here for 3 years since I moved here from Michigan.
