I bought the bed back in Sept. 2007 (less than a year old), and this will be available for pickup at the end of July. Like the title says the price includes the mattress, box spring and a bed frame. The bed frame is from Ikea and also includes the slatted bed base. It can be lowered more to not show the box spring, or you can remove the box spring completely (it'll end up looking like the first picture).
The apartment is at the Villas on Guadalupe and on the first floor, so moving it should be easy. The bed frame can be easily disassembled for further moving ease.
